First, we learn about you. RightWorks hosts a discovery session and works with you to detail your staffing needs. We familiarize ourselves with your hiring and on boarding process, and gain an understanding of your company culture.

Our goal in this initial discovery session is to get a clear, well-rounded picture of who we need to complete your team.


After our discovery session is complete, we begin the candidate discovery process. We don’t just rely on job boards.  We have a strong pool of qualified individuals in our database that have already been vetted by our Recruiting Team. This allows us to network and get solid referrals from our IT community on top of using standard job boards and postings.

Every company is different, that is why RightWorks takes time to learn about yours. We host a discovery session with your team to discuss your staffing needs.

We go through work history, earning history, authorization to work, background checks, reference checks, and even get into community contributions (code and volunteer work alike).


All Candidates have a face-to-face interview with our recruiters to truly qualify them as an ideal candidate.  We discuss the specifics of the job from salary and benefits to location and project types with them. We introduce them to your company and position and sell them on it before they even speak with you.

It’s important to us to build a relationship with candidates. Not only do we want you to be happy with the candidates, but we want the candidates to be in a role that they are excited about. Staff that are passionate about their work produce better results and higher ROI. We work closely with our candidate to make sure they are ready for the interview and ready for a quick onboarding (if necessary). We attract the best talent out there, so we also offer great incentives to our candidates.

Rightworks will set up and confirm phone or in-person interviews for you. We listen to your feedback, communicate with our candidate, and make any adjustments to our search that are needed to make sure we are providing the right candidates. Rightworks understands your time is valuable – we only send candidates that are a strong fit for your position. We do our best to send a handful of top-quality, qualified individuals.


The last step in our process is placement. This is where we connect great people to great jobs, and we handle the process. We take care of all paperwork and arrangements so that the new-hire process and transition is quick and easy.

Post Placement

After we place our candidate, we check in for feedback and make sure the placement is a good fit. We guarantee our placement for 30 days. If the candidate is not a good fit or leaves for any reason within that 30 days, we replace them at no additional cost.
